Back in Leisure – SS17 Pt. I

March 6, 2017

Toronto has surprised it’s residents with a glimpse of what Spring might look like this year. It has us relaxed and looking forward to the coming weeks. To get ready for the seasonal turn we put a short sleeve and sweats look together. We are being optimistic, we know. It’s what kept us pushing through the winter months.

The Wings and Horns Mesh dimension hat is a lightweight and super breathable headwear option. It’s got a nice leather strap detail and the monotone black allows this lid to easily compliment any outfit. The simplicity of the hat led us to pair it with classic shape of the Oliver Spencer tortoise shell glasses. These are crafted with serious care in Japan. The emphasis on premium materials and the crafting together pull these real nicely.

To maximize the leisure Mack rocked an all black look. The Raf Simons x Fred Perry pique shirt has a little twist on the staple of Fred Perry’s collections. Colours blocked cuffs and collar add some flavour to this starkly modern top. It’s lightweight, and can easily be worked into a layering operation. To dress the pique shirt down we put them with the Adidas X By O sweatpants that are sure to impress. Adidas worked with Satomi Nakamura, a famed Japanese pattern maker to create these with Premium Yamayo terry. With a slim, relaxed fit and darting seam details, it can be hard to tell these are actually super comfy sweatpants when paired well.

To complete the look we paired them with the super versatile Adidas EQT Support runner. The prime knit upper, technical design and is what makes these so adaptable to whatever you want to wear with them.
