This look combines pieces from Post O’alls, Maharishi, Garrett Leight and and Yuketen. Olive and black together give a subdued tonal look that can be rocked across a variety of circumstances.
Post O’alls crafted the BDU-r military inspired jacket from a really lightweight cotton. While it was born to be a jacket, it certainly wears like a shirt. The pockets on this one are big enough to keep your goodies handy all while keeping you fresh. Other detailing like the forearm patches promise resistance to tearing when you’re battling for a spot
in the trenches on the patio.
Maharishi’s custom pant has been a long time favourite of ours, and you’ve probably seen them across a number of other looks we’ve put together. The anti-fit uses a relaxed thigh going into a taper from the knee down. They use subtle military detailing to create a pant that slots into a plethora of looks. This summer they use an Italian panama cotton for a washed lighter feel.
This tonal look called for black accessorizing. Premium shoe brand, Yuketen focuses solely on the process of making a great shoe. The Sports Chukka is hand-made in their Maine Factory, with an emphasis on construction. American tanned-leather and 100% natural rubber crepe sole execute the vision of a classic silhouette made to last.
Garrett Leight’s inspiration comes from the reinvention of classic silhouettes. This spring/summer one of our favourite silhouettes comes through to help this look over the top with cool detailing. The Wilson Sun Shield in Black stripe uses acetate temple shield to keep your peripherals from the glare of the sun, while adding a modern motorcycle rider vibe to the look. In clean black stripe colour way, these will slot into a plethora of looks.
