Kardo’s summer shirting is one of our favourite things to wear in the warmer months. Handcrafted, hand-cut, stitched, and finished from beginning to end by traditional Indian tailors, the details of who was involved in each process are featured on a provenance tag on the interior. This shirt features block printing using a traditional hand block print technique, where wooden blocks are hand carved to form the pattern and hand-stamped onto the fabric with natural dyes. The resulting print on this shirt is uniquely yours, with each one slightly different from the others.
