The Cartoine is an overshirt with a few tricks up its sleeve. The fabric is a 100% cotton herringbone woven in France, with enough texture to give it some character, but with straight, subtle stripes instead of the usual zigzag pattern. Half the buttons are tucked behind the placket for a cleaner, more interesting front. Side entry chest pockets and a reverse box pleat keep it practical without losing any of that character.
